Ms. Beth Ouellette – PMP, PgMP was on the Core Leadership team for both Program and Portfolio Standards of PMI, as well serving in a unique position as the standards (PMBOK, Program, Portfolio, OPM3) are being updated for a December 2008 publication date. Beth Ouellette, Executive Consultant and President of The Ouellette Group is a senior information technology and business executive with a unique blend of executive management and technology skills in the financial services and insurance industries. Beth has over 20 years of IT experience, focusing in the last nine years on establishing and leading a global PMO. Previously Beth established and ran the Corporate Program Office at Prudential Financial. She holds a Finance MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. She has been a speaker on Project Management, Program Management Offices, productivity and quality improvement at the CIO Forum, Enterprise Application Strategy Conference, IT World Congress, Women in Technology, and Women in Computing. She has been quoted in publications including Information Week, Computerworld, PC Week and Network World. She is active in the PMI Standards team and holds her PMP designation. |
