- Do our processes and standards help us achieve our goals and fulfill our mandate? Can we do this more efficiently / effectively?
- Who are our activities useful to and why? Who is the audience?
- Do we have buy-in from all necessary parties to ensure smooth implementation?
The Work Pays Off
- Are we providing the information in accordance with our mandate?
- What is being done with this information to help the company achieve its goals? Can we do more?
- Are we giving management what it needs to allow our top managers to more effecively run the company? How can we evolve?
